Welcome to Paddock Paradise, an innovative journey into the world of natural horse keeping by Jaime Jackson, a pioneer and advocate of natural horse care.

Paddock Paradise presents a revolutionary and safe approach to horse keeping that every horse owner can benefit from exploring. It offers a deeper understanding of the horse as a species and shows how lessons from horses living in natural conditions can be applied to the lives of our domestic horses.

• Chapter One explores the natural rhythms and lifestyle of wild horses.

• Chapter Two examines what happens to wild horses and their hooves when they are removed from their natural habitat, confined, and their feeding patterns change.

• Chapter Three applies lessons learned from nature to the practical management of domestic horses and provides guidance on creating a Paddock Paradise.

• Chapter Four presents a real-life example of a Paddock Paradise created by the owners of a horse affected by laminitis.

The book includes numerous photographs, a Paddock Paradise layout plan, and plenty of practical guidance, ideas, and insights for anyone interested in creating a more natural and horse-friendly living environment.
